Job Description and Activities in IAAF RDC Beijing

IAAF RDC•Beijing was founded in 1994. Under the leadership of IAAF Member Services Department, RDC•Beijing currently serves TEN member federations in Asia, namely, Japan, Korea, DPR Korea, Mongolia, China, Hong Kong•China, Macao•China, Chinese Taipei, Laos and Vietnam.
  
There are seven staffs in RDC•Beijing: RDC director, executive director, education manager, logistics manager, foreign affairs manager, kids athletics manager and secretary.


RDC•Beijing is located on the campus of Beijing Sport University, with three outdoor 400-meter synthetic tracks and two indoor 200-meter synthetic tracks. There are three hotels on the campus. As a whole, the facilities may meet the needs of the seminars and training camps conducted by RDC•Beijing. RDC•Beijing is well-equipped with offices, lecture room, resource center and meeting room, etc..








Since the foundation of RDC•Beijing in 1994, totally 91 activities were held with 2253 participants. Totally 20 activities were held by RDC•Beijing with 382 participants in the last three years (see Table 1).

Since the year 2008, we have assisted the federations of DPR Korea, Korea, China, Japan, Mongolia and Vietnam in holding CECS and TOECS activities 8 times. Please see the details in the following Table 2.
